It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Karl VI Groskranz on March 8th, 2025. Known to many as HUP, he was born on October 14th, 1971. Karl was a selfless and kind individual who profoundly touched the lives of those around him.

Karl's resilience in life was demonstrative of his beautiful spirit. He constantly shared his belief that even when you don't feel amazing, you must never give up. He lived by this motto, demonstrating unwavering strength throughout his life. His quiet strength and selfless character have left an indelible imprint on all who knew him.

Among Karl's numerous life achievements, he took particular pride in winning several trophies for online poker tournaments and fantasy football/baseball leagues. His dedication to his interests was a testament to his tenacity and determination. Never one to back down from a challenge, Karl's competitive spirit was matched only by his undeniable kindness.

Karl is survived by his loving brothers, Scott Groskranz, Bill Huwyler, Michael Groskranz and Kevin Groskranz.  His brothers, like all who were fortunate to know Karl, will deeply miss him.
