Karl Alvin Burns; “Papa Karl”, was born on 4-12-55 to Carl and Estelle “Stella” Burns in Ohio. As a transplant to Oklahoma, you could never tell. He ran as a young boy around OKC when he attended Capitol Hill Junior High School and then in his late teen years – floated by on a dream as he attended Moore High School.

He is survived by his 2 siblings Stephanie Burns and; Shirley Burns-Watson and Buddy …
