Aunt Karen will be dearly missed. I always enjoyed her company, conversations, humor, wisdom and intellect. I felt we bonded being eldest daughters, and had a lot in common because of that. I am very sad for your loss. It's a great loss for me too. I have known Karen since we were five years old and our birthdays are in the same month (April). I would tease her because she is about a week older than me. We went to Kindergarten together, Elementary School and High School too. I was always so proud to say that I have a friend that I have known most of my life. Karen was a beautiful person inside and out. The world and our lives were truly blessed with Karen in it. I admired her strength and the faith she had. I needed a lot of advice over the years and she always gave practical and useful advice. My heart has broken a little more knowing that I won't be seeing her again. I hope she is watching over us, our Angel in heaven. My condolences to the entire Kelly family. Love, Barbie
