I worked with Karen at Fullman-Kinetics for several years. Her family meant the world to her and that's all she could talk about besides her doggies. We had some great times and laughed alot. We use to pull a trick on coworkers together. I'd hide in the huge recycling bin and Karen would go find a victim to open the bin and I'd pop out and scare them. We did that so many times. Another fun thing we'd laugh about all the time is her saying coconut creme pie. She'd do it so funny. I'm laughing typing about those fun times. We were going to get together for lunch a couple years ago and never did - dang it. I'm so glad she was with family. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family that meant so much to her.

She was so very loved by all. I was lucky enough to be at Lo high when she was there. She loved us well but also didn’t put up with our crap! She was incredible ❤️
My heart and prayers go out to the family. Mrs Scheer, as I knew her, was such an incredible and special person. She individualized the students at Lake Oswego and genuinely cared about all of us and all of our family members. She took the time to make every student at Lake Oswego feel special. Life sometimes hands us special gems that effect us for the rest of our life and Mrs Scheer was one of those. I have no doubt she has a special seat up above.
