Background
Just before Karen's unexpected illness, Jim came home from a two-month stay in the hospital. He is still in need of assistance at home and has an extremely restricted diet. Due to COVID-19, the family kindly requests that guests, in lieu of flowers and in-person visits, support Jim and Alex by contributing to their gift fund or Karen's memorial service.
The entire gift fund will be used towards a home nurse that will visit the Jim several times a week, and towards food for Jim and Alex during the pandemic. Any remaining funds will be used towards Karen's funeral and memorial services, which will be held at a later date.
In the meantime, if you'd like to provide a hearty meal for Jim and Alex from September 17 to October 4, you can volunteer for a date on their meal train: https://www.mealtrain.com/trains/6wm42z Contribute
