Karen Ernestine McMillan, 83, of Dallas, Texas, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of joy, purpose, and unshakeable love for everyone she touched.
Born in the fall of 1942 in Rolla, Missouri, Karen was the first child of Marion Ernest McMillan, a U.S. Army veteran and devoted Methodist pastor, and Eva Catherine Partee McMillan, a respected leader and civil rights activist in Dallas's African American community.
