Karen Marie Bravo passed away July 17, 2018. Born in Hackensack, NJ on January 9, 1957, she was the mother of two daughters, Rayna (Andrew) Houvouras and Jaime (RJ) Wilkins. Karen dearly loved her grandchildren: Preston, Mackenzie, Kooper, Conner, Landyn and Jaxson. A woman who loved walking, enjoyed reading, a talented sewer, swimmer, and cook, her family cherishes memories of long distance walks, handmade quilts, all day cookie bakes at Christmas, and times in the pool. Karen was a gentle soul, particularly fond of animals, especially dogs and monkeys. Karen is survived by many family and friends living in Florida, New Jersey and Colorado. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations to be sent to Brevard Zoo, to support a place she enjoyed, and encourage families to spend time walking and enjoying animals the way she did. May she rest in peace in the palm of God's loving hand
