Kalie was an extremely kind person to me. She helped my sisters in profound ways that I can't even begin to describe. Her impact on my oldest sister was especially profound, and I don't think that she would have survived without her. She helped me a lot in college as well, even though I did not get to see her very often. I'm grateful I have her as a friend.

In January 2023, I was at a swim and dive meet watching my daughter Ivy dive. Kallie found me in the bleachers and came to say hello. We cheered for Ivy and chatted a little about the meet. I was touched that she stopped to talk to me- not all teenagers would seek out their friend’s mom and talk one on one,  but Kallie would. She was kind and thoughtful of everyone, not just her peers, but those older and younger as well. 

Kallie was sweet to me and was a dear friend to several of my children. She is very missed! Love you Kallie!

Kallie always embraced me wit…
2022
Kallie always embraced me with open arms and made me feel so loved. After homecoming, I remember feeling a little down, but the second I found her at the dance, I remember instantly feeling better. She had this incredible light about her and knew exactly how to make people feel special—even through the smallest acts of kindness. I can still vividly remember how safe and loved I felt, squeezed on the couch with her. I didn’t even have to say much, and she always seemed to know how to make me feel better.
