Miss you buddy ..  you have been in my thoughts lately. Say hello to my mom up there.
I don't even know where to start.  I am just so heart broken that I didn't reach out more.  I will miss our long talks while I was driving home, can just hear you say I had to call and check up on you young lady.  I will miss being your "work mom" and all your orneriness even the shocking pen! We had some good times.  I remember hiring you as a contractor 20 years ago, telling you about Beavers Bend, keeping you in line when we were traveling lol, you bringing me crappie from Eufala and so much more.  You always knew which restaurant bar to go to in DC after work that had the best hors d'oeuvres (usually raw oysters).  I'll never forget all the trips we went on, you trying to stuff me in the trunk of the car, etc., but my favorite will always be Atlantic City.  For me not being a drinker or a gambler, that was an adventure.  Rigo and I played blackjack and you went to the Craps game.  When my daughter called and had lost her dog and was in a panic they made me cash out because apparently you can't be on the phone at the table (who knew lol) I was up over $500 and Rigo was over there up over $900 and they were bringing drinks often to get us to lose that.  But when I came to tell you I was going to my room you were up over $2500 and there was a crowd all around watching you and a waiter with a tray of drinks.  It was pretty amazing and such a fun time.  The next morning I called to see if ya'll were ready to go to the airport and you said we will be there in 10, so I loaded my bag and in a minute here you both came running out,  half dressed,  hair all a mess, threw your bags in and quickly went to sleep while I drove us to Philadelphia.  You had been at the casino most of the night.  We got home safely and then the next day Rigo called me and said, you will never believe this, you had grabbed his suitcase so he thought you packed it, but it was empty.  He had left all of his clothes, shoes etc.  in Atlantic City lol.  Luckily the hotel shipped them to him.  But you did come home with about $2600 I think, but after getting up to over $5K and losing some of it.  I could go on with so many other stories but that one will always be hard to beat and my favorite.  I hope the fish are biting, that you are at peace and that you know that we will all miss you dearly.  Prayers for your family and friends, we are all so very sad.   Love you buddy!  Love your work mom :)
My deepest condolences to the family during this sad time.  I have known Justin for many years and worked with him in prior years at the FAA for various Payables process issues (DC HQ vs OKC sites). He has always been very kind and upbeat.  We will miss him dearly.  Praying that your fond memories of him will bring you strength and comfort during this difficult time.

Justin was always smiling and so kind. I pray that in time remembering all the wonderful memories will bring peace. God Bless and comfort you.
My deepest condolences to Justin’s family and friends. Justin was a work colleague who quickly turned into a friend and he was one of the best people I have ever known. I’m sure each one of us has a memory of a laugh and incredible kindness extended by Justin.  My heart breaks that he was unable to treat himself as kindly as he did everyone else.

My condolences to the Breeden family and friends on the loss of Justin. I recall fondly when he was a young T-ball player with my oldest son Don and attending Soldier Creek with him. He was a sweet boy.  💜✌🏻
Sending my sincerest condolences to Justin's friends and family. Justin was an awesome colleague. I am praying that you all can find peace and comfort during this trying time.

When I first met Justin he was wearing a Texas Shirt... yep he lost a bet with a coworker.  He told me he had to shower as soon as he got home each day to "worsh" off the Texas yuck or it would scare off the fish.  He had such a great sense of humor when it came to literally every situation.

He was always sensitive to how things were perceived and had the bravery to push for things that he felt were important for others.  I'm sure that is why the customer's he supported at work "LOVED" him!  I think everyone around him knew he would do everything he could to cover even the smallest details.

I learned a lot from Justin, not just about my job and the politics surrounding it, but how to enjoy life away from work.  I never got an opportunity to go fishing with him... but rest assured I was one of the lucky ones to not only eat some of his catch and learn a ton about a saugeye!

As many of us will recall... there were some great lunch trips out for tacos from the center!

My deepest condolences go out to your family. Justin was truly a good person a funny soul, and a big hearted guy. He was never hateful. He was never mean he was always kind. One of my favorite memories from childhood was a river trip that all of us kids went on. I had never really experienced a river. So, even being a very avid swimmer, I walked out into the middle of the river, and the current caught me. I stood up and was terrified shaking. A lot of the kids started laughing. I was just a little pudgy thing and him and Trey Hepler came out and helped me back, and he told me not to listen, Justin told me don’t listen to them. They’re stupid you’re all right girl it’s just one of the many things I will remember about Justin that made him truly the kind of soul. I am deeply saddened by his departure. I know there’s nothing that I can say that can bring any comfort at this moment , but I know that my sister Mary Gates loved him as one of the best friends she had and I’m sure she’s one of the many many people there to greet him in the Paradise I’m sure he went to I know there’s nothing that I can really do but if there’s any thing that you need anything that I might be able to try to do for you, please do not hesitate to ask.
You were a great colleague. We sat across from each other and did TDY for years. We raised our kids, shared recipes, and gave each other hell.  I am going to miss you, be well my friend.

Justin was a legend in the wrestling room, to me he was larger than life. I was a nobody. Justin and I were the same weight class, which means I got dominated every single day. He never took it easy on me, but he saw my passion for the sport. He was always the first one to offer advice and tech me how to improve. Many times he would stay in the wrestling room after practice and work with me as long as I needed. Its rare to see someone at that stature take extra time for someone like me when they don’t have to. He was a fierce competitor and even a more fierce friend. Those were some of the best times of my life and I will always cherish them.

Justin was also the second best card player I knew ;)

To his family and close friends. He was a dear friend. He will be missed, but never forgotten. I pray the Lord comforts you and brings you peace.

Justin was always a good friend to my son Matt Harrison. My heart and prayers go out to his family.   Judy Harrison
