Julio Cesar Silva, age 50, passed away peacefully Sunday September 20, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital of Memphis after a long illness.
Julio was always a very creative and artistic person, and loved gifting his art to his family. He also loved the outdoors and nature, and had a natural talent with gardening and landscaping.
