Julie Hope Randel, age 11, of Barco, NC died on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk, VA. Born in Glendale, AZ on April 30, 2010 to Mark and Heather, she was a loving and giving child whose family chose to pass along that gift of hope and life in her honor.
