Julie Rand, 58, of East Windsor, Connecticut died unexpectedly of health issues on February 28th 2022. Her loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened. She is survived by her three children-Lily, Patrick and Crystal; her grandson, Ethan; and her brother, Joe. Julie was born on June 26th 1963 to Hortense Murphy (aka Tex) in Hartford, CT.  Julie attended both Suffield and Windsorlockes schools as a child and lived most of her adult life in Suffield, East Windsor, and Windsorlockes CT. Anyone who knew Julie, knew that she was a kind, passionate and generous soul. She had an immense love for chocolate, salt, smut magazines and her loved ones.  Julie’s family and friends will miss her more than words can say. She was a loving and caring grandmother, mother, sister, aunt and friend. Contributions in memory of Julie will be used to assist in paying for her memorial services and funeral to assist during this most difficult time.
