Obituary
Julie Rand, 58, of East Windsor, Connecticut died unexpectedly of health issues on February 28th 2022. Her loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened. She is survived by her three children-Lily, Patrick and Crystal; her grandson, Ethan; and her brother, Joe. Julie was born on June 26th 1963 to Hortense Murphy (aka Tex) in Hartford, CT.
