Julia Ann Koger (Pederson) died February 25, 2021 in Shenandoah, Texas in the battle against pancreatic cancer. Born July 22, 1944, the daughter of Henry and Thelma Pederson. She graduated from Markleville High School in 1962, and later from Indiana Business College. She worked at Citizens Bank, then in the Benefits Department of Delco Remy in Anderson becoming the manager. In 2008 Judy became part of Dublin Farm, dearly loving the chickens and animals. She …
