Our deepest condolences on Aleida’s passing. She was like a second Mom to me, and all of us kids in the neighborhood. She was so giving and always had a smile to share. Even after 20+ years, she welcomed my wife and I for a visit and surprised us in typical Aleida fashion - with a phenomenal lunch! My heart is heavy for you. May you find solace in the best memories.

Jackie my deepest condolences to you and the rest of the family. I was shocked to hear the news of your mom's passing, since I like many of your friends enjoyed you sharing your outings with her via FB. I also had the pleasure of enjoying her Arroz Imperial of which she will always be the Queen! May she rest in peace and may her love and memories give you strength.
