Background
On January 10th, 2026, our family suffered a devastating and sudden loss when our mother, Julia, passed away unexpectedly following a stroke.
To know Julia was to know a woman of incredible selflessness and passion. She poured her entire heart into everything she did—whether it was caring for her family, supporting her friends, or dedicating herself to the things she was most passionate about. She spent her life putting others first, always ensuring that those she loved were taken care of before she ever considered her own needs.
Because Julia was so intentional about looking after her family, she had maintained a burial insurance policy for years to ensure we wouldn't face a financial burden when this day came. Tragically, due to the health complications she was facing, there was an unexpected lapse in her premium payments. This resulted in the loss of her coverage just before her passing.
How You Can Support Us
We are now asking for your help to do for Julia what she always did for us: take care of the details. Our goal is to give her a burial that honors her final wishes and reflects the beautiful, selfless soul she was.
Contributions will go toward:
Funeral and Burial Expenses: Providing Julia with a dignified final resting place.
A Grateful Gathering: Bringing together the many people who loved her to honor her vibrant spirit.
Family Support: Assisting immediate family members with needs to ensure we can all be together to say our final goodbyes.
