All of my love to the Erickson family. I am so deeply sorry for your loss.
When Julia moved to Concordia, she turned everybody’s head. Such a beauty. And then we got to know her and learned that she had an even more beautiful spirit.  Sweet, kind and gentle to all.  May God continue to bless her family and fill them with peace a joy in the knowledge that she is with her Maker.
Sweet Julia. You led with your heart in everything you did. The world, my world, is brighter because of it. Sending deep, warm hugs to your precious children--Evan Joe, Jordan, Braden, Tiffany, Aaron, and Calen.  Rest in peace, beautiful friend.
I am saddened and shocked by the passing of Julie Shepard Erickson. She was a sincere, kind, and thoughtful person—qualities that are beautifully reflected in her decision to donate her organs to those in need.

I remember the very first day I met her in the Concordia Junior–Senior High School cafeteria. She was nervous at first, but it didn’t last long—Julie had a natural way of making friends wherever she went.

Godspeed, Julie. May you rest in peace. 💜
