Julia Louise Donovan, aged 64, passed away February 28th 2025. She was proceeded in death by her mother, Karen Donovan in 1989. She is survived by her daughter Sarah (Tony) Smith, step-daughter Tabetha Blair and step-son Eddie (Sarah) Blair, dearest friend George Grima, ex-husband Edward Blair Sr, sister Beth(Jack) Chasteen and her beloved grandchildren Brandon, Kadence, Matthew, Ashton, Tony, Andre, Teddy, Karlee, Justin, Keira, Kaden, Shawn, Leah, Lily, Levi and one on the way.
