Julia Louise Donovan, aged 64, passed away February 28th 2025. She was proceeded in death by her mother, Karen Donovan in 1989. She is survived by her daughter Sarah (Tony) Smith, step-daughter Tabetha Blair and step-son Eddie (Sarah) Blair, dearest friend George Grima, ex-husband Edward Blair Sr, sister Beth(Jack) Chasteen and her beloved grandchildren Brandon, Kadence, Matthew, Ashton, Tony, Andre, Teddy, Karlee, Justin, Keira, Kaden, Shawn, Leah, Lily, Levi and one on the way. She played the clarinet in childhood and graduated from Woodward high-school in 1978 and spent her early years traveling and even working for a circus in California before settling down and becoming a mom to her daughter Sarah in 1988. She married Edward Blair in 1992. She worked many jobs over the years and was a dedicated church member. She brought her Bible everywhere she went and prayed for and with her loved ones often. She loved penguins, dolphins and Christmas. She was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother and friend!
