It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Juila Warta. Born in 1951 and departing from this world on July 15, 2025, Juila lived a life filled with love, laughter, and a zest for living.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Warta, her cherished children, Alisha Adams, Jonathan Thomas, Alison Thomas, and her step-son Mikey Warta. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Dillan Thomas, Sabrina Cash, Kaedian Thomas, Johnathan Thomas Jr., and her great grandchildren daughters, Farrah Cash, and Ava Thomas.

Her surviving family also includes her mother, Joe Anne Vanover, and her brothers, Jerry and John Vanover. She was predeceased by her father, John Vanover, and two loving great-grandsons, Jasper and Rylan Thomas. Her first husband, John Thomas, also predeceased her.

A woman of eclectic tastes, Juila found immense pleasure in Chinese cuisine, tea and was an avid reader, especially fond of the Outlander series and old western novels. She appreciated various forms of art, having a personal collection of paintings made by friends and a variety of teacups and China. Notably, she held a special fondness for the bunka embroidery art created by her mother and grandmother. Juila herself was artistically inclined, enjoying painting and leather working.

Always active, Juila loved spending time with her family. Described as warm, bubbly, and incredibly caring, she cherished and valued her relationships, providing unconditional love to those closest to her. This strong, affectionate woman leaves behind a legacy of love to her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and mother, shaping the hearts of those she loved with kindness and compassion.

Julia's spirit, laughter, and the profound lessons she shared will continue to live on in the hearts of her loved ones. Her journey may have ended in this world, but her influence will continue to ripple through the lives of those she touched.
