I first met her at my elementary school. She was a teacher and hosted STEAM club. I don't remember when and how I first met her but it was probably at STEAM club. She was a really good teacher and was really nice and caring. STEAM club was very fun. I am very sad that she died.
In response to "How did you first meet Judy?"
Judy was in two of my kid's classes and was always there for my kids. She will be missed!

I had the pleasure of working with Judy during my first year of teaching at Blue Hills. She was so kind and patient with me and the students. She had a bright light, and I loved working with her. Judy was a kinda, caring person; she will be dearly missed.
Judy meant a lot to all of our family, especially Kyler. My word for Judy is "giving."
My deepest condolences to Gregg, Jacob, Andrena and the rest of the family. Judy and I have worked together in Blue Hills for the past 9 years and she was the first person to show me around BH on my first day of school. Judy was a very special person and I have always thought of her as my soul sister. Our friendship is really memorable and uncommon I would say since we have known each other only for a very short time. I am so lucky and blessed to have her as my cherished friend. She was the most selfless and giving person and worked really hard to help the students. I really miss her dearly. My thoughts and prayers to the family to get through the tough times.
Our most sincere condolences to Mr. Gregg and Jacob. Mrs. Rodak had a gold heart, she loved and cared for Lukas so much. The connections they had was incredibly strong. She was a diamond kind of teacher, deeply cared about the children. We will miss her dearly.

I hope that the memorial tomorrow brings peace to all who loved Judy, especially Gregg, Jacob, Tricia, Margaret, JP, and others blessed to have known her. I will be there in spirit, tomorrow, with a special prayer. Thinking of you all.

I first met Judy at Blue Hills and she would often share her memories of living in the Philippines and Guam.   She helped in my class at Blue Hills and was especially helpful during Math.   When I left Blue Hills, we still kept in touch via FB, IG, texts, and questions about denim because of Jacob.   She had her Kindness Club make friendship bracelets for my 2nd graders who adored them.   Miss you, Judy.   Thank you for your love, kindness, and friendship.

Judy was such a cherished and integral part of the Blue Hills community.  She is so missed. I'll always remember her fondly.
Judy's smile and chit chat will be missed.  I've loved running into her and hearing all about what she was up to in STEAM Club, updates on her son,  her dog and her garden.  Judy was an integral part of my family's village, she has impacted my three young daughters' lives in a positive and uplifting way.  She meant so much to us, we are saddened by her passing and pray for her eternal rest.

Judy and I worked at Bluehills. She was a very compassionate and loving person. May her soul rest in peace !
Judy was an aide at Blue Hills.. and while she was rarely in my classroom, I got to know her well because she was always next door in Doreen’s room and would work on crazy ideas with us.. and she provided an amazing haven for students to have fun learning STEM before it was really was a thing during the lunch break a few times a week.  And she shared a passion for math and mathematical thinking with me!  More recently, Judy shared with me her hack for keeping the local rodents from consuming all her tomatoes - her fully enclosed cages!  Miss you Judy… I really wish we had gotten together more often!
I worked with Judy at Blue. Hills for over 30 years. I had  the pleasure to have her as one of my parents as well as a colleague and friend. She will be greatly missed. She was  a wonderful, caring educator.
Judy was my math aid at Blue Hills elementary school for 10 years. Judy was kind, caring and wonderful with my 6th graders. She was the only aid that knew math and was able to work with 6th graders. She was wonderful to work with.
I had the honor of being Judy’s little sister. She spoiled me her whole life. I have so many wonderful, silly, and caring memories of our lives together. I woke every morning to a text with a funny pet picture, or beautiful flowers, wishing me a happy day. We started everyday that way. Me responding with the same. My heart will always be filled with her spirit, and I will continue to hold her in a special place each day. She was a wonderful auntie, and so thoughtful and supportive. She will be remembered mostly for her kindness by all!  🦋
A dear friend and wonderful soul gone way too soon. Judy, RIP.
