It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Judy "Marie" Brown, fondly known as Marie, but who preferred Judy, on February 14, 2024. Born on January 14, 1960, Judy lived a vibrant and meaningful life marked by love, laughter, and immense care for those around her.

She was a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister. Judy is survived by her cherished daughters, Ella Brown and LaRonda Taylor. She leaves behind her adored grandchildren; She Brown, Shania Brown, Aziria Zachary, Jerome Brown, Ari'yanna Harris, and Nikki Randle, all of whom were her world.

She was predeceased by her dear mother, Janelle Hargrove, and her loving sister, Sheilla Hargrove. Judy's memory will live on in their hearts, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Judy had a distinctive taste for the vibrant color of Hot Pink, reflecting her vivacious personality. A fan of soulful tunes, Marvin Gaye's music was her favorite escape, while the performances of Temptations never failed to capture her rapt attention. Her love for watching movies was a cherished pastime, often paired with long walks in the park, her favored way to exercise. Judy was outspoken, funny, and caring, radiating warmth and kindness wherever she went.

She lived by the golden rule, 'Do unto others as you would have them do unto you,' a lesson she passed down to her loved ones. Among her proudest accomplishments were her two daughters, who were, without doubt, the highlights of her life.

Though we mourn her loss, we also celebrate the rich life of Judy "Marie" Brown, a woman of immeasurable strength and boundless love. She will be sincerely missed, but her memory will forever remain in our hearts. Rest in peace, Judy.
