Judy A. Lowe, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2024, at the age of 78, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born on May 12, 1946, in Kendallville, Indiana, Judy was the eldest of six children born to Ernest and Dolores Emerick. After graduating from high school in Waterloo, Indiana in 1964, Judy joined the Air Force where after basic training, was stationed at March Air Force Base …
