Judy's obituary

Judith M. Rittle, aged 87, passed away on October 7, 2024, in Aurora, CO. Born on May 11, 1937, Judith devoted her life to her family and her passions, leaving a legacy of warmth and creativity.

Judith is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Ralph Rittle; daughters, Wendi & Corey Kispert and Brenda & Don Overbagh; grandchildren, Sherry Smith, Amanda & Eric Blyth , Alec Overbagh, and Cody & Jennifer Overbagh ; and great-grandchildren, Gage, Blake, Victoria, Eli, and Maggie. She was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Kline.

Judy was a devoted mother and an exceptionally talented artist who brought beauty into the lives of those around her. Her culinary skills were unparalleled, often bringing family and friends together over delicious meals.

She was also a talented musician who loved to sing and play the flute and organ, filling her family's home with music and joy.

Judy's life was one of warmth, creativity, and love, leaving a lasting impact on her family and all who knew her. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive in the hearts of her loved ones

A memorial service to celebrate Judy's life will be held on Sunday November 3, 2024, at 2 PM at Garden Plaza, 14221 E. Evans Ave. A second memorial service will take place in May in Pennsylvania, with details to be determined.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Hospital in memory of Judith. Her spirit of generosity and love will continue to inspire those who knew her and were touched by her kindness.
