I was so sorry to find out about Judy's death. Judy and I were roommates when we taught in Garden City and lived in Dearborn. We were right out of college and met as new teachers. After two years, we decided to find something different and applied to teach overseas. When we were hired to go to Okinawa, we had to looks at a neighbor's wall map of the world to find out just where we were going. After the year on Okinawa, Judy went to Germany and I went on other places. That was in 1961 and we kept up with each other ever since with Christmas cards and letters - nearly 60 years! I will miss this long time, long distance friendship.
My condolences to you. I will keep her in my heart.
