Judy's obituary

Judith Ann Bower (Ball), 72, of Conway, SC, passed away on September 21, 2021 at Conway Regional Medical Center after a month long battle with Covid-19. Judy was born on April 23, 1949 in Montgomery, WV. She lived most of her life in Canton, OH with her husband of 54 years, Ron. Together they raised 3 wonderful children, Ron Jr., Dave, and Angela. Her greatest joys came from watching children and grandchild grow. She loved to work in her various flower gardens. She was a graduate of Walsh University school of nursing and spent 30 years as a dedicated R.N. The vast majority of her career was spent as an intensive care nurse at Doctor’s Hospital in Massillon, OH. After retirement, the couple relocated to Myrtle Beach where she resided until her death.

She is survived by her husband, Ron Bower Sr. of Conway, SC, their children Ron Bower Jr. (Tim Horn) of Eau Claire Wi., Dave Bower (Angela) of Raleigh, NC., and Angela Bower (Dr. Cesar Mesia) of Hartford, Ct. Their granddaughter Zoe Bower of Canton, OH, her sister Debbie (Jim) Gray of Malvern, OH and brother Jim (Mary) Ball of Canton, OH, her beloved dog, Martha as well as many nieces and nephews. Judy is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Cora Ball, brothers Roger Ball, Terry Ball, and Bill Ball, niece Jessica Ball and her beloved dog, Maggie. 

A celebration of life will be held at a later date in her honor. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local animal shelter.
