Judith Ann Moore, 83, of Warren, Michigan, passed peacefully surrounded by her family on February 19, 2023.

Judy began her beautiful life on June 26, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from East Commerce High School in Detroit in 1957. After graduating from high school, Judy married her best friend, Frank H. Moore, Jr. on May 3, 1958. They began an amazing life together, adding four wonderful children to their family over their sixty-two years together.

Throughout the years, she owned her own floral business, creating wedding arrangements and invitations for many years. She spent a majority of her time gardening, working with flowers in some variation, sewing, painting, crafting. She was a huge fan of Tigger, Judge Judy, an avid lover of animals and the worlds biggest fan of horse racing. She adored turtles, kitties and of course, all of her dogs that have predeceased her throughout the years, and those she left behind when she passed on to be with her husband.

Judy worked for Wal-Mart for over twenty years, spending her time between the arts and crafts department and door-greeting. During her many years working there, she made such a large family between customers and coworkers before retiring in 2018.

Since retiring, Judy spent her time with her family, watching her great-grandchildren grow, seeing her grandchildren graduate from high school, gardening, painting, watching NASCAR in honor of her husband and most recently, putting puzzles together. She lived a beautiful life and was the strongest woman that any of her family had ever known.

Judy was preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Witting; and her husband, Frank.

Judith is survived by her children, Frank (Diane), William, Robin and Judi; eight beautiful grandchildren, Jessica (Justin), Kayla, Tonya (Jackie), Logan, Halle, Jared, Riley and Conner; and three amazingly loved great-grandchildren, Donald, Dahlia and Oliver.

Judy’s wishes were for no funeral service, but to spend the rest of her life with her husband, at peace.
