Judith (Judy) Ann Evans 76 of Apple Valley Minnesota passed away on January 8th, 2022. Judy was born on April 9th,1945 to Arvid and Donna Fenger in North Mankato Minnesota. Judy met Michael Evans the love of her life, as a Jr. at Mankato Senior High School in 1961 and they married on October 10, 1964. They went on to raise two children John and Julie. When Judy gave birth to John and Julie, she dedicated her life to being a fantastic mother. Judy was passionate about long car rides, painting, knitting, sewing, and making jewelry. Judy and Mike enjoyed many hobbies together like Square Dancing and wintering in Arizona. When she wasn’t filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found at craft and garage sales - oh how she loved those good deals. We miss her greatly. Judith was predeceased in death by her father and mother Arvid & Donna Fenger, as well as her father and mother-in-law Kenneth & Phyllis Evans. Judith is survived by her loving husband Michael R. Evans, son and daughter-in-law John and Cheryl Evans, daughter and son-in-law Julie and Mike Keilen. Judy had four grandchildren: Adam and his wife Jessica Evans, Amber and her husband Joe Pick, Morgan and her husband Brad Wilcox, and Michael Keilen. Great grandkids Zaylee, Sean, Makenzie ,and Nora. Judy is also survived by two brothers Tom Fenger and Gary Fenger. There will be a memorial at Calvary cemetery in Mankato Minnesota on April 9th, 2022 at 11:00 am.
