Judith (Judy) Ann Evans 76 of Apple Valley Minnesota passed away on January 8th, 2022. Judy was born on April 9th,1945 to Arvid and Donna Fenger in North Mankato Minnesota. Judy met Michael Evans the love of her life, as a Jr. at Mankato Senior High School in 1961 and they married on October 10, 1964. They went on to raise two children John and Julie.
