Judith "Judy" Ann Bell, 83, of Frederick, MD, passed away peacefully on March 28th, 2025. Born on January 26, 1942, in Weymouth, Massachusetts to John Miller and Shirley Davis Feeney. She was later adopted by Edward Thomas and Viola Davis Bittgen.
Throughout her life, Judy loved learning, which motivated her vast educational achievements. After graduating from Milford High School, she then attended Johns Hopkins Hospital School of Nursing, where she graduated president of her class, …
