Jennifer and family,

My sincere condolences on the loss of JR.  The picture of him next to the jeep with his dog (Honey, I think) is how I first saw him. I was amazed the dog stayed in the vehicle while he came into my store to discuss a purchase.  No matter the animal, JR had a special way with them.

My dad always told me not to trust anybody that didn't like animals or kids.  JR passed muster on that front and I enjoyed our business relationship as his sign vendor and a client of the clinic.  He came to For Paws after hours because I decided my kittens were too upset to be left while I went out of town.  I cancelled my trip and called his cell phone.  Thanks to JR, they went home with their mommy that night.
