Joyce “Charly” Walton, 80, a fierce and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away in St. Augustine, FL after a short illness, on November 8th, 2021. Born in Denver, CO, Charly was the youngest child of Wally and Peggy Reef and attended East High School.
