Joyce Eugenie (Bartlett) LeBlanc, beloved mother, grandmother (Nana), great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend peacefully passed away on November 15, 2022 at the age of 86, in Redondo Beach, CA. Joy was born on October 15, 1936 in Norway, Maine the 3rd child out of 9 to Jessie and Fred Bartlett.
She graduated from Norway High School in Norway Maine in 1955, and on May 2nd 1959 she married Paul LeBlanc from South Paris, Maine …
