Joyce Ann Frampton

June 16, 1931 – April 26, 2025

Joyce Ann Frampton passed away peacefully on April 26, 2025, at the age of 93. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, and great-grandmother whose kindness and spirit touched everyone who knew her.

Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Lee Frampton. She is survived by her children: Ricky Lee Frampton; Terrilynn Genovese (Joseph); and Tami Lou Stedman (Michael). She was a cherished grandmother to Tiffany Danielle Dolce (husband Todd), Tisha LeeAnn Hamberlin, Tawny Lou Stedman, Taryn Leigh Stedman, Michael Eugene Stedman Jr. (wife Evan), and Sophia Joyce Genovese. Her great-grandchildren Tanner, Tennyson, Enzo, Toren, Tinsley, Harlow, Tate, and Maddalena brought her endless joy.

A lifelong resident of California, Joyce adored her garden, beach walks, and cheering for Bay Area sports teams. She had a special place in her heart for French culture and found companionship in her beloved dog.

The family will celebrate her life privately. In Joyce’s memory, loved ones are encouraged to plant something beautiful or take a peaceful walk by the ocean — two of her favorite things.

Memorial contributions can be made to East Bay Hospice, whose compassionate care provided peace in her final days.
