Joyce Ann Clippinger (née Serbousek), of Colbert, WA, passed away June 26, 2024, after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.
Joyce was born on October 1st, 1954 to Don and Evelyn Serbousek. She grew up on a cattle ranch outside of Chadron, Nebraska, and attended Cottonwood Creek School, a one room country schoolhouse. She moved into an apartment in Chadron with older sister Judy at age 13. She attended Chadron High School and Chadron State …
