Joyce Boblitt, born October 14, 1950, in Springfield, Illinois, passed away May 14, 2025, in Palmyra, IL. She was 74 years old. 

Joyce was the daughter of Georgia Alvey and Charles Peeler. Throughout her life, she remained deeply connected to her roots in Illinois, where she built a life surrounded by family and community.

She is lovingly remembered by her sister Buelah Peeler; her son George and his wife Tricia Peeler; her grandson Nathan Peeler and his fiancee Kayla Ingram; and two great-grandchildren. Joyce also leaves leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory. 

She was preceeded in death by her parents; her husband Gary Boblitt; her siblings Mary Bartolazzi; Betty peeler; Orba Kelly, and Charles Peeler.

Joyce's legacy lives on through the generations of family who survive her. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
