JOY JONES

Joy Jones, 78, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on February 1, 2026. She was born on November 26, 1947.

Joy was a devoted mother, grandmother, and loving family matriarch. She will be remembered for her caring spirit, quiet strength, and the deep love she held for her family. Her presence brought comfort, and her memory will remain a source of love and guidance to those who knew her.

She is survived by her son, Delon Jones; daughters, Sharon Jones and Lashana Jones; and grandchildren, Marcus, Delonda, Whitney Vance, Diara Jones, Shawn Kirkland, and Clifton Jones.

A private memorial service for close family will be held on February 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., followed by a repass.
