Jottyn (Joe) A. Soto, 57, passed away on August 1st 2021 at his residence in Ridgewood, New York. Joe was born in January 1964 in the San Carlos section of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He arrived the United States in 1975 and lived in Hoboken, New Jersey with his mother, brother, and adoptive father Fausto Soto until his late teens.
