So very sorry to hear of Joslyn’s passing I had the pleasure to meet and work with her while I was on my very first travel job at Camp Hill at Geisinger Holy Spirit your mom was such a beautiful soul and we had kept in touch off and on through the years . We met in 2019 , she was such a caring person and I’m the better to have known her . Fly high my sweet sweet friend ❤️❤️❤️

I admired how Joslyn faithfully walked to keep up her strength even when it was not always easy for her. This was taken on an early Spring walk at the farm in 2023. She’s taking a short break to rest on one of the seats John placed for her near Powell’s Creek. You can see a few daffodils in bloom behind her.

It was always a pleasure conversing with Joslyn about each of our triumphs or calamities, it is that great feeling one derives when they know for sure a friend is immersed with concern for the others dialog that it allows complete openness which in turn allows for a type of creative discourse between the two which can help clear life’s many hurdles and create a common understanding even in the absence of agreement. In such divided times Joslyn’s shine was rare and is much needed today. Hunt as one may such a diamond is not likely encountered often. Joslyn is already missed.

I first met Joslyn when she moved to Harrisburg in high school and we rode the same bus to school. She had such an engaging and joyful laugh. Even now, her love of life and laughter are our greatest memories.

We shared many adventures, stories and dreams together and grew up knowing what a beautiful friendship can mean.

I will miss her but will bask in the glow of her love and beautiful soul.
