Joshua David Smothermon left his earthly body on December 31, 2021 in Columbus, OH. Born on October 1, 1977 to Tammy Denton and David Smothermon in Memphis, TX, Joshua proved tenacious from the start. He had a fighting spirit and a will to live life by his rules.
That same spirit afforded Joshua a longer life than most would have thought. In his early years, Joshua battled epilepsy, a disease of the brain which causes …
