Happy birthday, rest in peace. My friend
Two nights ago I dreamt Joshua. He drove to NWC building in his blue Mustang. He was bringing me a new laptop. He joked about possibly damaging it with his fast driving. He had a backpack and left his car in the parking lot as we started walking in opposite directions. I was heading to the building and he was walking away from the building. I started thinking how nice it was to see him again. I wanted to turn around and ask him how he felt to be alive again. I got the feeling that I would not see him again in this lifetime. It was good to see him again even in my dreams.
My condolences to Joshua's family. I first met Joshua when I began phone screening him for a job with our government. We would work together on the same team for several years. I was surprised to know that he had gone to a Lindsey Stirling concert with a girlfriend. Our last interaction was on Facebook marketplace place where he offered to buy my Kawasaki Concours 14 motorcycle from me if I gave him the “friends and family installment plan.”  We laughed because he had previously owned this model, and he was rifling through motor vehicles like no other.  I am deeply saddened by his sudden death. My heart goes out to his parents in this time of great sadness. 🙏

So happy to see Josh's dog, D…
So happy to see Josh's dog, Dug find his next family. Although it's bittersweet, because this would have been Josh's official adoption day for Dug, just happy to see that a loving family will be taking good care of the dog Josh loved so much.

I can only take comfort in knowing that Josh and Dexter are together in Heaven…

In 2016 my doggie Sara had a litter of Baby Schnauzer’s and Josh adopted his very First Doggje EVER & Named him Dexter…  Dexter truly hit the Lottery winning the Best Doggie Dad EVER…

I have so many great memories of Josh and Dexter and all our Hill Country Mustang Cruises… I’m going to miss all the text and pictures and video updates Josh would send of Dexter.   The last pictures and videos Josh sent me of Dexter were just a few weeks before Dexter passed…  Josh loved his Dexter and Dexter loved Josh they truly had the best connection… And Now it’s still hard to believe that Josh is gone…  Josh will forever be remembered by all those that loved him… He was a great friend and will Never be forgotten…  Until we meet again Rest in Paradise on that great big Race Track in the Sky…

Josh, you were a great friend and coworker.  Your energy and personality made you one of the best things about this place and you were definitely one the of the best at what you did.  You were always there to support me and lift my spirits with your never ending Office gifs and quotes... Thanks for being you no matter what brother.

Where to begin.. I hope you know meeting you changed my life entirely. It’s because of you I started down this road of learning to work on my own car and that passion growing towards helping others in our car community which I hope will continue for years to come.   You were a good friend and a great teacher, and I am forever grateful for the things I learned from you.  I will sorely miss your sarcasm and your sour but funny moods.   I wish we could take one more cruise together …  that will have to wait a while, but I know you are cruising around up there with Dexter trying out all the cars you never got to drive in life.  So many things I wish I could talk to you about now  and so many memes and gifs I’ll never get to see pop up in our messenger chat.   I will truly miss you Josh.. until we meet again someday.

Love ya bud.

Josh was an amazing human being. Working with him over the last few years I was able to see what kind of person he really was. He was the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back although he might complain the whole time, you know he really cared even if he wouldn't admit it. I regret not spending more time with him outside of the office but we did share so many laughs while at work. Our last conversation was filled with Josh's excitement about his new dog. I am so glad I have that great memory as a parting gift but I will miss you, Buddy!
Josh will forever be the gif master. Once he sent you gifs, you knew you were his friend for life. I'll miss hearing the ping of his messages. Facebook Messenger just isn't the same without, you buddy.
