It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joshua "Josh" Thomas on September 19, 2023. Born on February 7, 1991, Josh's absence will be profoundly felt by all those who were fortunate to have known him.

Josh was known for his witty sense of humor, resourcefulness, and unparalleled intellect - Josh was indeed a remarkable individual. He was gritty and never shied away from challenges. He recorded all of his goals and worked hard, in his attempt to accomplish them. As a dreamer, his vision and optimism inspired those around him.

His love for anime and football were infectious, he spent countless hours catching up on his anime shows and following his favorite teams. #GoAggies #GoLions 

Josh was a loving father to his daughter Jordyn, his greatest legacy. His greatest traits will now be lived out through her. 

A visitation for Josh will take place on Wednesday, October 4th from 6pm to 8pm at Launch Church in Omaha, Nebraska.

His Celebration of Life will be held back at the church on the following day, October 5, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.

Josh's passing has left a void that cannot be filled. He will be deeply missed by his parents, siblings, daughter, and a host of family members, and friends. Yet, we take comfort in the fact that he knew God and accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He is now at the right hand of the Lord, faultless, healed and at peace.

His life was a testament to his character, a life lived to its fullest, touching countless hearts along the way. It is this memory of Josh that we choose to remember and cherish.
