She spent her early years in Haiti, where she developed a strong academic foundation and a deep sense of purpose that would guide her throughout her life. Medicine served as an extension of her compassion.
Beyond her professional life, Josette's love for caring for others was also shown through mother and sisterhood. She also found great joy in playing tennis and traveling, encouraging family and friends to share that love and build everlasting memories. In 2015, Josette moved to Atlanta, GA alongside her daughter and sister, prior to eventually settling in Central Florida, with continued connection and closeness to family. Josette is survived by her loving daughters, Sherene and Misha Cadet; her siblings, Gisele; Yolene; Jean-Robert; Myrtha; Margarette; Gerda and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives were touched by her presence.
