Happy heavenly birthday Joe! I think of you often! I will always cherish our high school memories! Here's to you Joe, Cheers! 😘
A year later, I still cannot believe that Joe is no longer here with us! So much has changed in a year but one thing that has not changed, is how much we all still treasure the time we had with our favorite Joe!  I will always remember Joe, and I am so grateful for all of the valuable life and work lessons that he taught me. He was a people person and made an impact on so many! I miss the fun and the laughter that I had with him but I’m so grateful for the memories that were made. I’m truly blessed that I had the chance to know him. Miss you Joe!

Joe was one of a kind. Not only was he a manager that lead by example, he truly cared about every person  he lead. I will miss him terribly.  Thank you, Joe for always having my back and being such a stand up manager and friend.

My condolences to the entire family. Sending my thoughts and prayers.

Joe will always be the best manager I have had during my entire career. When he introduced himself to me his parting words were “I will always have your back, Sue”. He meant those words and he led true to his promise. He cared about his entire team and he went out of his way on every call, every event, every meeting to ensure he was always inclusive. Everyone mattered. Joe was a teacher of sorts and he believed in teaching everyone everything he knew. He taught me how to work fast and never have a line of candidates waiting to be acknowledged. He cared for every person he made contact with. I miss you every day, Joe. Your humor got me through some tougher days. I’m always going to celebrate the gift of you. You were one of a kind and I love you dearly.

I was crushed to hear Joe tell me he was first diagnosed - but he was so positive and he had a plan.  It didn't get him down.  His focus was on seeing the birth of his first grand daughter and that was such a high motivation for him.  In the last few months he shared that he was driven to take care of his TSA team and to make sure he could get the release for them through legal so they could move onto the new team.  He was such a family man: he loved his 3 girls more than anything and wanted everyone to know; he was excited to be a grandfather and loved sharing that; and he went out of his way to make people feel good.  He connected with working people and leaders alike.  He made everyone feel special.  No one was ever as special as he was.  One in a million he was!
I will miss Joe like I would my own brother, working with him for the past 15 years was not enough, love to his family and prayers for him!!
