I was so saddened to hear about the loss of your son. I cannot imagine the pain you must be feeling, but please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I’m holding you and your family in my heart during this difficult time. Hugs! Jim J

Pagliaro Family, my sincere condolences. Losing someone you love is never easy, and it’s even harder when their life feels cut short.

The Bible gives us real comfort at John 11:11, Jesus compares death to a peaceful sleep, and Jehovah promises to wake our loved ones again. Acts 24:15 reminds us of that beautiful hope of the resurrection. May this hope give you comfort and strength as you look forward to seeing Joseph again.

Oh Joe,  my heart goes out to you!  I wish I had the right words to take away your pain.  This is just not it's supposed to happen.  Please know, I am praying for you and your family.  Praying that in time, your pain will be eased by memories of happy times spent with him.

Joey lived his life with love, laughter, and a spark that was impossible to ignore. From the very beginning, he had more energy than most kids. As a baby in his walker, he never stopped moving, zipping around as if he already had places to be and adventures waiting. As a little boy, he was fearless and full of joy. I can still picture him jumping from the top step to the floor below — because it was more fun than walking down stairs, and when he was about three years old wearing his cowboy outfit he challenged me to a gunfight at Grandma’s house before he could even pronounce my name…he drew both six shooters and said “go to town Rie” I replied “you mean get out of town” and hugged that little cutie pie. I am lucky to have those and many more memories of him growing up. Joey was a sweetheart. He embraced life full-on, chasing fun, looking for the next bit of excitement. He had so much energy and he used every bit of it to live life to the fullest.

When we retired and moved from our house to the condo, Joey spent weeks helping me clean out the basement. It was hard, heavylifting, and I truly couldn’t have done it without him. He showed up every day with that same determination and heart, turning a big task into something manageable — even memorable — he was there to help me.

Joey was a sweet soul. Beneath all that adventure was a kind, generous heart. He lived boldly, loved family and friends deeply, and left an imprint on all of us that will never fade. He will be forever in our hearts, forever cherished, and forever missed. Love you Joey.

I am so very sorry to hear this devastating news, sending prayers to Joey’s family. I have so many great childhood memories of Joey, he will never be forgotten. May he rest in eternal peace, and watch over his beautiful family. ❤️
From the time we were five until we were sixteen, Joey was my best friend. I have countless memories of going to the movies, bowling, playing hockey, and getting into all sorts of trouble. I’ll always remember the sleepovers at his house, especially the nights we spent out in his shed. His house was like my second home.

Life eventually took us in different directions and we lost touch, but the memories from those years have always stayed with me. This is a hard one to process.

Rest in peace, Joey.
