Joseph Mario Mladineo, born in Vis, Croatia, died on January 21, 2021 in Modesto, California after a sudden illness at the age of 84. He leaves behind his six adult children to mourn his passing: Mario (Shannon) Mladineo of Salinas, California; Lisa Mladineo of Bethany, Oklahoma, Joseph (Shawn Prescott) Mladineo of Marshall, Michigan, Antony Mladineo of Modesto, California, Chris (Wendy) Mladineo of Bethany, Oklahoma and Vincent Mladineo of Modesto, California. He also leaves behind twelve grandchildren.
He spent most of his life working in the residential construction industry in Silicon Valley. He enjoyed making cioppino for his family and friends. He also enjoyed fishing in his spare time. He is survived by his sister, Ann Bogdanich of Patterson, California.
