It’s one year today. I thank everyone who reached out to me. Appreciated more than you know🙏🏻

A tough year and I miss his presence everyday.

Today I donated blood at One Blood in honor of Joe and was gifted with a St. Patrick's Day One Blood t-shirt.  Joe almost always had a One Blood t-shirt on! I didn't know about One Blood before I met him and now I think about him whenever I sit in same room where he frequently donated platelets.  Today there was a nature show on that featured turtles.  Felt like he was there with me. Miss you Joe... today and everyday.

II never met Joe but feel as if we were old friends. Judy was an integral part of The Center,  decided to relocate after she lost Wiggy. No one expected that Judy would "fall in love" because Wiggly was a tough act to follow. However, as they became acquainted, their bond became stronger. Joyous to see! Very sad that he left this world. Yet, beautiful memories remain. May all who loved him find peace & joy.

I am sorry for your loss.  I knew Joe through work - he was my Viewpoint savior.  I was just made aware today of his passing, as I left my position late February.   I’m sorry to have missed the celebration of Life.  The pictures and comments show who he was outside of work. What a great man.

As a co-worker I knew Joe for more than a decade.    Joe was the most patient, understanding co-worker that I really only saw in person a few times, but boy did I have him on speed-dial!! He was just the nicest person to work through problems with… he’d explain things in terms I could understand and always made my day better.  He will be thought of and missed.

I was only fortunate enough to meet Joe once, when he came to our home in Seattle with my sister-in-law Judy.  We loved him immediately and his gentle spirit and beautiful soul touched my heart.   I can only imagine the void he has left in his family and Judy's lives.  My love to all of you.

Joe was kind, patient, and quick to laugh. I am grateful my mom and Joe were able to spend the last few years together. Joe truly made the world a better place through his work, by donating blood, and by standing up for his beliefs. I send my love to Joe’s family. He was a wonderful man.
