Joseph E. Lloyd (Papa Joe) had many exceptional qualities and was full of commitment and perseverance. His dad passed away at an early age and his many roots in Maryland were loving and humble. He was a hardworking, benevolent man, and a remarkable husband and dad. He enjoyed family, reading books/maps, camping, sightseeing, Blues, and Rock-n-Roll.
