Joseph's obituary
Joel Robert Jurman, born on January 26, 1945, passed away on November 9, 2025, at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Cynthia, father of Melissa and Laurence, brother, Uncle, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. Founder of American door in Deer Park. Proud naval veteran, staunch, patriot, and amazing human. He was a resident of Commack, New York.
A funeral service will be held at I.J. Morris, located at 21 East Deer Park Road, Dix Hills, NY 11746, on November 12, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
Following the funeral service, a committal service will take place at New Montefiore Cemetery, 1180 Wellwood Ave, West Babylon, NY 11704, on the same day from 1:45 pm to 2:30 pm.
