It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Joseph Garrett, peacefully in his sleep at home (North York) on February 15, 2020, at the age of 96.
Joseph is predeceased by his parents Albert (Thomas) and Edith (née Newton) Garrett and siblings - Marguerite (Peg), and Gordon. He was a loving and devoted husband of Clara Bernadette Garrett for 73.5 years, whom has just passed on October …
